Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data linkan.tech processes and why. It applies to visitors in China under the Personal Information Protection Law and to visitors in the European Union under the GDPR.

Contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a possible engagement. The message is delivered to our mailbox by email; our email provider stores it on servers outside mainland China. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact and then delete them, unless they become part of a contract.

Visiting the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. We use cookieless, aggregated visitor statistics. No advertising or social-media cookies are set. Fonts and application scripts are hosted with the site. Cloudflare also supplies a cookieless analytics script for the aggregated statistics described above.

Demos

The demos on demos.linkan.tech include fictional sample data. Sample-only actions run in your browser. If you choose an optional live AI action, your supplied text or image is sent to Qianwen AI Platform to generate the result. We do not save that content to a customer database. Review the provider’s data-processing terms before supplying personal information. Guest sign-in sets a necessary authentication cookie for up to 30 days. Railway hosts the demos and processes technical request data; sign-in time and network address may appear in service logs.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
